What you would be distributing
SOLID-LIFT covers every category of solid forklift tyre used in Kenyan warehouses, ports, factories, and yards.
Solid Resilient Cushion Tyres
For counterbalance forklifts — the most common forklift type in Kenya. Multiple compound grades: Economy, Standard, Heavy Duty, and Premium. Suits indoor warehouses through to outdoor yard operations.
Press-On Band (POB) Tyres
For reach trucks, order pickers, and narrow-aisle equipment used in distribution centres and cold storage. Solid rubber bands pressed directly onto the wheel hub — no rim hardware.
Specialist Grades
Non-marking (white/grey) compound for food, pharma, and clean-floor environments. Obsidian grade for scrap yards, port operations, and rough outdoor surfaces.
Full technical documentation is available — compound specifications, load ratings, size charts, and fitment guides — so your team can advise customers accurately on grade and size selection.
How supply works
Stock ships directly from our manufacturing plant in Tamil Nadu to Mombasa port. No third party, no re-export routing, no uncertainty about origin.
Order placed
You confirm the order with our export team. Sizes, grades, and quantities agreed. Pro-forma invoice issued.
Production & loading
Tyres are produced and packed at our Tamil Nadu facility. Container loaded and shipped from Chennai port.
Arrival at Mombasa
18–22 sailing days Chennai to Mombasa. Budget 28–35 days total from order to cleared stock in your warehouse.
Shipping mode
FCL (Full Container Load) — 20ft or 40ft container depending on order volume. We are currently appointing FCL distributors. LCL is available but carries higher per-unit freight costs that make reselling difficult.
Vessel frequency
Vessels depart Chennai for Mombasa every 1–2 weeks. Once you know your sales cycle, replenishment scheduling is straightforward.

Questions we are asked
Can I order a trial quantity before committing?
Yes. Prospective distributors and fleet operators can place a trial order directly with us before committing to larger volumes. Contact us with the forklift models and tyre sizes in use and we will advise the appropriate grade and quantity for a trial.
Are the tyres coming from Dubai or through a trading company?
No. Tyres ship directly from our manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu, India. There is no intermediary, trading house, or re-export route involved. You deal directly with the manufacturer.
Do you provide warranty and post-sale technical support?
Yes. All tyres carry a manufacturer warranty. We provide full technical documentation and are available for post-sale technical queries from both the distributor and their customers.
Can I order 20–30 tyres, or does it need to be a full container?
At present we are appointing FCL distributors. LCL is possible but the per-unit freight cost makes reselling difficult. Once a distributor is in place in Kenya, end customers can order smaller quantities locally through them.
