Questions we are asked
Can I order a trial quantity before committing?
Yes. Prospective distributors and fleet operators can place a trial order directly with us before committing to larger volumes. Contact us with the forklift models and tyre sizes in use and we will advise the appropriate grade and quantity for a trial.
Are the tyres coming from Dubai or through a trading company?
No. Tyres ship directly from our manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu, India. There is no intermediary, trading house, or re-export route involved. You deal directly with the manufacturer.
Do you provide warranty and post-sale technical support?
Yes. All tyres carry a manufacturer warranty. We provide full technical documentation and are available for post-sale technical queries from both the distributor and their customers.
Can I order 20–30 tyres, or does it need to be a full container?
At present we are appointing FCL distributors. LCL is possible but the per-unit freight cost makes reselling difficult. Once a distributor is in place in Kenya, end customers can order smaller quantities locally through them.
Is a KEBS Certificate of Conformity required for your tyres?
Yes. Kenya mandates a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) under the KEBS Pre-Export Verification of Conformity (PVoC) programme for tyres imported into Kenya. The inspection is carried out in India — before shipment — by a KEBS-approved agency such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek. Goods arriving at Mombasa without a valid CoC are held at the port. We coordinate this as part of every shipment.
What documentation do you provide for KEBS compliance?
We provide the complete documentation package required by the inspection agency: our ISO 9001:2015 certificate, product test reports, compound and material specifications, load ratings, size charts, and packing details. This gives the KEBS-approved inspector in India everything needed to issue the CoC before the container loads at Chennai.
How supply works
Stock ships directly from our manufacturing plant in Tamil Nadu to Mombasa port. No third party, no re-export routing, no uncertainty about origin.
Order placed
You confirm the order with our export team. Sizes, grades, and quantities agreed. Pro-forma invoice issued.
Production, CoC & loading
SOLID-LIFT tyres are produced and packed at our Tamil Nadu facility; POWER-LIFT tyres consolidated before loading. Pre-shipment inspection by a KEBS-approved agency (PVoC) is coordinated in India at this stage — we provide the full documentation package. Certificate of Conformity issued before the container ships from Chennai.
Arrival at Mombasa
18–22 sailing days Chennai to Mombasa. Budget 28–35 days total from order to cleared stock in your warehouse.
Shipping mode
FCL (Full Container Load) — 20ft or 40ft container depending on order volume. We are currently appointing FCL distributors. LCL is available but carries higher per-unit freight costs that make reselling difficult. SOLID-LIFT and POWER-LIFT products can be consolidated in the same container.
Vessel frequency
Vessels depart Chennai for Mombasa every 1–2 weeks. Once you know your sales cycle, replenishment scheduling is straightforward.

KEBS & CoC Documentation
