Solid Resilient
Tyres
High-density solid cushion tyres for indoor electric and IC forklifts. Zero puncture risk, no maintenance, maximum uptime on concrete and epoxy flooring. Available in 6 grades to match every load profile and application.
Angled Y-lugs bite the surface for maximum forward traction and self-eject debris. The go-to pattern for counterbalance forklifts on concrete, bitumen, and paved yards.
Continuous circumferential ribs eliminate lateral scrub and cut rolling resistance. Extends steer-wheel life and lowers battery drain in high-cycle distribution operations.
Zero tread, maximum contact patch. Preferred on epoxy, anti-static, and polished concrete where floor protection and low noise are non-negotiable.

Premium
Maximum Service Life for 24×7 Critical Operations
- Longest service life in the SOLID-LIFT range — ideal for 24×7 operations
- 24×7 rated for continuous three-shift operations
- Tight compound tolerances for consistent performance batch to batch
- Reduced total cost of ownership over the tyre lifecycle
Heavy Duty
Engineered for High-Load, Double-Shift Environments
- Double-shift rated — continuous performance without flat-spotting
- Reinforced compound resists chunking under heavy loads
- Stable under high-capacity counterbalance forklifts
- Performs on concrete, bitumen, and smooth outdoor paving
Standard
The Proven Workhorse for Single-Shift Operations
- Full single-shift lifecycle with consistent tread performance
- Balanced hardness for traction and floor protection
- Low rolling resistance reduces battery drain
- Suitable for IC and electric counterbalance forklifts
Economy
Dependable Performance for Light-Duty Operations
- Solid rubber — zero puncture, zero downtime
- Optimised for light loads on smooth concrete
- Lower TCO for infrequently-used fleet vehicles
- Direct replacement for pneumatic tyres
Non-Marking
Zero Marks on Sensitive Flooring. No Exceptions.
- Carbon-black-free compound — leaves zero black marks
- Mandatory for GMP, FSSC 22000, and ISO 22000 facilities
- Tested on epoxy, polished concrete, and anti-static flooring
- Visually distinguishable compound for easy fleet identification
Obsidian
Cut-Resistant Compound for Abrasive & Hazardous Surfaces
- Cut-resistant compound — engineered for sharp debris floors
- Withstands metal swarf, glass, and abrasive particulates
- Maintains structural integrity under impact loads
- Reduced replacement frequency in harsh environments
Solid Resilient Tyre Applications
Working Conditions Disclaimer: Warranty is valid under normal working conditions — smooth concrete or epoxy flooring, ambient temperature, rated load capacity, and correct rim fitment. Operating on abrasive, wet, chemically contaminated, or extreme-temperature surfaces, or exceeding rated load capacity, will reduce service life proportionally and may void the warranty. For non-standard applications (outdoor rough surfaces, high-gradient ramps, cold storage, chemical environments), contact us for a site-specific recommendation.
Warranty: All SOLID-LIFT solid resilient tyres carry an operating-hours warranty from date of purchase, under normal working conditions. Warranty does not cover abuse, improper mounting, or non-compliant rims. Contact us for special application enquiries.
