Why SOLID-LIFT Tyres Perform

Not all solid tyres are built the same. Cheap single-compound tyres crack, harden, or degrade under Singapore's demanding shift patterns. Our 3-layer construction is engineered to outlast them.

Layer 01
Tread / Running Layer
High-abrasion compound formulated for long tread life on concrete and epoxy flooring. Consistent hardness from edge to edge ensures predictable wear and grip.
Layer 02
Buffer / Cushion Layer
A softer intermediate compound absorbs vibration and load shock — protecting forklift chassis, flooring, and operator. Critical for extended-shift operations.
Layer 03
Base / Bead Layer
High-density base compound locks the tyre firmly to the rim. Prevents rim slip under heavy lateral loads and cornering — a common failure mode in cheap imports.
All grades manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 quality management — consistent compound ratios, batch traceability, and hardness certification available on request.

Solid Resilient Cushion Tyres

High-density solid rubber cushion tyres engineered for indoor counterbalance forklifts operating on smooth concrete and epoxy flooring. Zero puncture risk. No inflation required. Suitable for Class I and Class III counterbalance forklifts in ambient and temperature-controlled warehouse environments.

Y-Lug Traction
Standard tread pattern for general warehouse use. Superior grip on smooth and slightly uneven surfaces.
Smooth / Plain
Low rolling resistance for high-frequency pallet movement on polished epoxy and sealed concrete floors.
Non-Marking
White compound tyres for food-grade warehouses, pharmaceutical stores, and clean-room environments where black marks are not acceptable.

Full size range available on request. Custom compounds for special applications and extended-shift operations.

Press-On Band (POB) Tyres

Precision-pressed solid rubber band tyres for reach trucks, order pickers, and very narrow aisle (VNA) equipment. Engineered to tight dimensional tolerances for secure press-fit onto steel rims. Suitable for high-bay warehouses and automated storage environments common in Singapore logistics centres.

Lug / Traction Pattern
For reach trucks operating in standard warehousing conditions. Superior lateral stability in narrow aisles.
Smooth / Plain Pattern
For order pickers and VNA equipment on smooth, flat warehouse floors. Minimal vibration transmission to the operator.

POB tyres are available across multiple OD groups from 10" to 28". Contact us with your equipment make and model for exact size confirmation.

Tyre Condition is a
WSH Inspection Point

Under Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health Act (Cap. 354A), all forklifts are classified as lifting equipment and must be examined by an MOM-authorised examiner every 12 months. Tyre condition is assessed as part of this mandatory examination.

Worn, cracked, or deteriorated tyres are a common citation. A failed examination results in a Stop-Work Order (SWO) on the forklift — the equipment cannot be operated until the deficiency is rectified. Under WSH Act Section 11, employers may face fines of up to SGD 10,000 for the first offence.

Maintaining forklift tyres to manufacturer specifications is not only a cost decision — it is a compliance obligation. Adamas solid tyres are manufactured to consistent dimensional and hardness standards under ISO 9001 quality controls, ensuring predictable performance and documented traceability for your maintenance records.

Annual MOM Examination
All forklifts in Singapore require examination by an MOM-authorised examiner every 12 months. Tyre condition is a mandatory inspection checkpoint.
Stop-Work Order Risk
A forklift with worn or damaged tyres can be issued a Stop-Work Order on the spot. Operations halt until the tyre is replaced and the equipment re-examined.
WSH Act Section 11 Fines
Employers who fail to maintain lifting equipment in safe condition face fines up to SGD 10,000 (first offence) under the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
Manufacturer Documentation
Adamas provides standard export and product documentation to support your procurement and maintenance records. Additional requirements can be discussed at the time of order.
