Questions we are asked
Do you support the SONCAP process?
Yes. We provide the full technical documentation package required by SONCAP-approved inspection bodies — product specifications, compound data, test references, and HS classification.
What payment instruments do you accept?
Our preferred arrangement is wire transfer (T/T — Telegraphic Transfer) settled in USD. If wire transfer is not viable given your banking setup or CBN regulations, we are also able to transact on Letter of Credit (LC) or Bank Guarantee (BG). An irrevocable LC from a Nigerian bank aligns fully with Form M requirements. The payment structure is discussed and agreed during distributor onboarding.
Can I order a trial quantity before committing?
Yes. Prospective distributors and fleet operators can place a trial order directly with us before committing to larger volumes. Contact us with the forklift models and tyre sizes in use and we will advise the appropriate grade and quantity for a trial.
Are the tyres shipped from Dubai or through a trading company?
No. Tyres ship directly from our manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu, India. There is no intermediary, trading house, or re-export route involved. Country of origin on all documents is India.
Does it need to be a full container, or can I order smaller quantities?
At present we are appointing FCL (Full Container Load) distributors. LCL is possible but the per-unit freight cost makes reselling difficult. Once a distributor is in place in Nigeria, end customers can order smaller quantities locally through them.
Do you provide post-sale warranty and technical support?
Yes. All tyres carry a manufacturer warranty. We provide full technical documentation and are available for post-sale technical queries from both the distributor and their customers.
How supply works
Stock ships directly from our manufacturing plant in Tamil Nadu to Apapa Port, Lagos. No third party, no re-export routing.
Order & pro-forma
You confirm the order. We issue a detailed pro-forma invoice with HS code, product description, and country of origin — the document you need to open Form M with your bank.
Form M opened
Your Nigerian bank opens Form M against the pro-forma invoice before the goods are shipped. This is a CBN requirement for all commercial imports into Nigeria.
Production & loading
SOLID-LIFT solid tyres are produced and packed at our Tamil Nadu facility; POWER-LIFT agri, tractor and industrial tyres are consolidated and quality-checked before loading. Container shipped from Chennai port under agreed LC or payment terms. Both product lines can ship together in one 20ft or 40ft container.
Arrival at Apapa
50–60 sailing days Chennai to Apapa Port, Lagos. Budget accordingly from order confirmation to cleared stock in your warehouse.
Import Documents & Compliance
Form M
Mandatory Nigerian import declaration, opened by the importer's bank with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) before shipment. Valid for 180 days. We provide all the invoice details required to open Form M — HS code, product description, unit value, and country of origin.
SONCAP Certificate
The Standards Organisation of Nigeria Conformity Assessment Programme (SONCAP) requires two documents for regulated product imports: a Product Certificate (PC) — needed to open Form M — and a SONCAP Certificate issued by an approved inspection body (Cotecna, Bureau Veritas, Applus, SGS), required for Customs clearance. We support the certification process with full technical documentation.
Bill of Lading (BL)
Original ocean BL issued by the shipping line. Serves as the title document for the goods. Required for Customs clearance at Apapa Port.
Commercial Invoice
Detailed commercial invoice showing HS code (4012.90), product description, quantity, unit price, total value, and Incoterms. Issued in USD.
Packing List
Container-level packing list showing tyre sizes, quantities, carton/bundle details, gross weight, and net weight per line item.
Certificate of Origin
Certificate of Origin issued by the relevant Indian Chamber of Commerce confirming Indian manufacture. Required for Customs classification and duty assessment.

We do not work through agents. You deal directly with us and receive the following as part of the distributor relationship.

You buy at manufacturer pricing with full distributor margin. No wholesaler or agent layer between us.
Payment Terms — LC & Bank Guarantee
We transact on Letter of Credit (LC) or Bank Guarantee (BG). An irrevocable LC issued by your Nigerian bank is the standard instrument. This protects both parties and is fully compatible with Form M requirements. Payment terms are discussed and confirmed during onboarding.
