Solid resilient forklift tyres are classified under HSN 40129090 (HS heading 4012.90.90 on the UK Integrated Tariff). Under India–UK CETA, Indian-origin goods in this heading attract 0% import duty. Solid tyres for off-road industrial use are not subject to UNECE E-marking required for road tyres. Confirm final classification with your customs broker.
